So many factors can lead to an unhealthy diet, but certainly any event that can affect your hormonal balance. It's so easy to get caught up in the short lived satisfaction of cheesecake when you have a lot on your mind! Lol.
ReplyDeleteThe external weight struggle is simply a reflection of the internal struggle. What if the pursuit of weight loss is the reason for the stress, though? Could end up being a nasty cycle!
